Galloway & Associates provides real estate services in several key areas of operation: Commercial sales and leasing, Residential sales, Property Management and Property Development.

Within these areas of operation, services extend across leasing, sales, client negotiation and service. Our Managers have extensive experience and knowledge that embraces all of our client’s needs in order to achieve timely and profitable outcomes.

Commercial sales and leasing–

Our Commercial division is highly experienced in appraising, leasing and selling commercial properties in the Perth metropolitan region across all industrial zonings. Our Commercial division recognises that the commercial market relies upon experience in marketing and negotiation, which are key requirements to adding value in commercial investments. Galloway & Associates is noted for its consistent and growing performance in this area of operation, and this is highlighted by the increase in properties under management.

Although new to our area of operations, rural properties are included in our commercial portfolio.

Residential sales –

The Residential division operates in the entire Perth metropolitan region including York, Mandurah and Bunbury. Our local area focus is concentrated upon the Cockburn and Melville City Council areas. Working as both buyer’s and seller’s agents our residential staff provide the maximum service to all areas of residential real estate and are available for service and advice in any matter.

Property Management –

Our highly skilled Property Management staff handle the day to day running of a steadily growing residential and commercial portfolio.  Stability of staff, exceptional level of service, regular inspections, constant communication and zero tolerance for delinquent tenants, make this department a very busy and highly productive unit.

Property Development –

Increasingly important to the company is our Property Development portfolio, under the direct management Ernie Galloway. This division is increasingly brokering and joint venturing large residential and commercial projects. Large property developments in the Perth metropolitan southern corridor are being proposed and our capability to broker and negotiate these developments on behalf of vendor or purchaser is a strength of the company. Our experience in this area is a key Point of Difference in the real estate industry that is enabling Galloway & Associates to stand alone.
